Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@hitfta.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. Returns must be approved before sending items back.

Return shipping is paid by the party responsible: if the return is not due to our error, you cover return shipping; if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we’ll provide a reasonable return solution.

We recommend using the original packaging (or equally protective packaging). If a returned item is damaged during return transit due to packaging, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available. Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are based on your order subtotal and destination, and the final cost will be shown at checkout.

Tracking is provided once shipped, and updates may take time to appear.
